06. Process

How a first quote becomes a first shipment.

Four steps. No mystery about the first call.
01

Request a quote

Send Gerbers, a bill of materials, and quantity. A person in Greene reads it the same day.

02

Design for manufacture review

We walk the BOM, flag alternates, and confirm process fit for surface mount, through hole, or wire harness.

03

First article build

Kit is staged, boards are placed and reflowed, AOI runs on the line, and functional test runs on fixture.

04

Production release

Approved first article moves to scheduled production with lot, reel, and operator records on file.
